Stop being so stressed, take control of your time! All you need 15-30 minutes to fill out your current schedule on a spreadsheet ( download it here). One activity after another without thought. The problem is, most of the time we don’t use our power of choice. We all have 168 hours each week to use or waste as we choose. This is what makes me qualified to recommend that you do this exercise too if you want to be able to do more of the things that are important to you that you are missing now. I also know what it’s like to finally do something and reap the benefits when I come out the other side. Yes, I am human too, I know what it’s like to procrastinate and protest even when I know something will make life easier for me. Why? because it was a challenge for me to get started. Your mantra will go from, “I don’t have enough time,” to “I have time”Ĭhanging your mindset starts with a simple exercise. Here is one effective exercise you can do to to help you get everything done and have the time and energy to skate great too! In each 168 hour week, athletes have to pack in school, homework, school activities, skating practice, off-ice, dance, conditioning, mental game sessions, and doing things with friends and family. that skaters seem to have less time to devote to practice and preparation at the most important time of the year. The Fall usually means the start of school as well as Qualifying competitions which means. The start of a brand new season is a great time to make changes in your schedule so that you can make the most of your skating time and find time to do some fun things to keep your life in balance.
